Dairy Free Grown ups: Dairy Free Iced Mocha

With the hot weather that we're having at the moment, I found myself really wanting to have an iced coffee. I also wanted to make this myself so that I would know exactly what was in it. 

Why not give it a go yourself?


Delicious and cold on a hot day


Ingredients
1 tsp organic cocoa powder
1 tsp sugar
200mls freshly brewed coffee
100mls oat or soy milk





Method 
  1. In a large glass, mix the cocoa powder with sugar and add a small amount of the coffee to make a paste. Ensure the sugar has dissolved thoroughly 
  2. Add the rest of the coffee, then the milk. 
  3. Add ice and stir. 
  4. Enjoy on a hot summers' day!
