250g porrdige oats
125g dairy free spread
125g light brown soft sugar
2 tbsp golden syrup
- Melt the dairy free spread in a saucepan, then add the sugar and golden syrup and stir until all is melted through.
- Pour the melted sugar mix into a bowl with the porridge oats and combine.
- Tip the combined mixture into a baking tin and press flat.
- Bake in the oven for 20mins at 200 Celsius.
